'Run of House' means that the actual room allocated is determined by the hotel, according to availability at the time of check in.

Terms & Conditions

The ICNZ conference have secured a block booking for conference accommodation with special rates. When registration opens, accommodation bookings will be available to be made. Please do not contact the hotel directly for accommodation bookings.

The rates are only available for the nights 3 to 4 March 2025. Nights outside of these dates can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed at the special conference rates. Breakfast is not included in the above rates.

Please note bookings are subject to availability and your credit card details will be required to secure your reservation, should you wish to pay upon check out. Should you guarantee your accommodation via credit card, please be advised our payment service provider Centium Software, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means, your card holder data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.

Room rates are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include goods and services tax (GST) of 15%. On check-out, any additional costs incurred can be settled with cash, eftpos or a credit card.

Cancellation

If you cancel your accommodation after Friday 31 January 2025, you will be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel. Please advise Harding Conferences by emailing stacey@hardingconferences.co.nz of any change to a reservation, rather than contacting the hotel directly. Delegates are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of any bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
